Partridge

The red partridge, or common partridge, builds its nests in crops or in small holes in the ground.

It assumes isolation after winter, when it leaves its flock to start the reproductive period. Almost exclusively during this time, we can hear sounds of thin and spaced chirps emitted by the female and more elaborate sounds by the male. They feed on seeds and sprouts of wild and agricultural plants or even some invertebrates.

Just like the partridge, isolate yourself in the quietness of the village and in the comfort of your bed.
