General Operation


What is the check-in time?
You can check in from 15:00.

Is it possible to check in at a late hour?
The reception is open until 11:30 pm. If you are unable to arrive by this time, please contact Cooking and Nature Hotels (+351 244 447 000), in order to ensure your arrival in time to be arranged.

How can I check in early?
You can check in early. In the event that your room is not ready before 3 pm you can enjoy our common spaces.

What is the check-out time?
You must check out by 12:00.

Can I extend my check-out time?
You can make your extension request at the hotel reception, subject to the hotel´s availability.

Is it possible to choose the room?
No. Please indicate your 4 preferences. We will try to assign one of them to you, however, it is always subject to availability.

Do extra beds have addicional costs?
Yes. From 0 to 3 years old (cot) free of charge. 4 to 11 years: cost of € 25.00 per extra bed / night. 12 to 16 years: cost of € 50.00 per extra bed / night

Does the room have a hairdryer / safe?
The room has a hairdryer. The safe service must be requested at the Emotional Hotel reception.

Are pets allowed?
No, except for guide dogs.

Is there Internet at the hotel?
There is free internet throughout the hotel.

Is breakfast included in the room price?
Breakfast is included in the price of the stay and is served between 08:30 am and 11:00 am.

Do you have a laundry service?
Yes, it must be requested at the reception.

Are there spaces for children?
The Green Woodpecker Room is dedicated to children. We also have a swimming pool for the little ones (Emotional Hotel).

Does the hotel have a car park?
The Hotel has free outdoor parking. In the park there are sockets for charging electric cars (it has an associated cost of € 5 for every 8 hours of charging).

At what time is the restaurant open?
For lunch, it is open from 1 pm to 3 pm. Reopens for dinner at 7 pm and closing at 9 pm. On Sunday there is no dinner service.

Do you serve lunches?
Yes. We have a light meal menu, served every day between 1 pm and 3 pm.

Do you serve dinners?
Yes. We have two types of dinner available, in Cooking Lesson mode or in Petiscos mode.It is necessary to book dinner reservations at least 48 hours in advance.

Is it necessary to schedule dinner?
If you wish to dine at Cooking and Nature Hotels, reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance.

Can we enjoy the Banhos D'Aire? Do I need a cap? Are there any restrictions?
Yes, the use of Banhos D'Aire is included in the stay. It is possible to enjoy for periods of 30 minutes in exclusivity, by appointment at the Emotional Hotel reception. No cap is required. Children from 4 years old are allowed to use this space and children under 16 are not allowed in the frigidarium.

Are the Banhos D'Aire open all year?
They are available from October to May, closing from June to September. They are open from 9 am to 9 pm.

How can we schedule massage?
Via phone, email or at the Emotional Hotel reception.

Do you have a SPA?
Our wellness area includes the Baths D'Aire and massage service.

What activities do they have?
Cooking Lesson dinners, massages, yoga (minimum 8 participants), horseback riding, pottery workshops, walking tours (with guide, minimum 4 participants), E-bike rental, bicycles, among others.

How can I book an activity?

What are the opening hours of the Central Reservation?
Open every day from 8:30 am to 11:30 pm.

Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.

How can I guarantee my reservation?
By paying a deposit or in full, depending on the type of reservation you make.

Can I change or cancel a reservation?
Yes. Depending on the type of fare chosen, you may or may not be entitled to a refund. You should consult the reservation and cancellation conditions applicable to the selected room and rate.
